10 of the top high school gymnastic’s teams in the Chicagoland area will be competing in Vault, Bars, Balance Beam, Floor Exercise and All-Around. This gymnastics meet is one of the last before the IHSA state meet and considered by many the premier prelude to the state meet.

About the event
After Erin’s untimely death, the scholarship fund was started via gifts from family, her father’s business associates, the O.Y.A, and the Orland Park Community. Those funds provided scholarships between 1998 and 2006. Between 2006 and 2014, the fund operated Erin’s AAIM For Change 5K Run/ Walk. Over those eight successful years, over 500 runners and walkers participated every year in addition to several donations. These efforts allowed the fund to expand scholarships at Carl Sandburg High School, offer new scholarships at Plainfield District 202 High Schools, and enable substantial contributions each year to the Alliance Against Intoxicated Motorists (AAIM). This year, in the spirit of innovation and cooperation with District 230 gymnastics, we are hosting the Erin Olmsted Memorial Gymnastics Invitational and Donation Drive.
