The annual Candlelight Ceremony was held this year on December 4th at Our Lady of Hope Mission in Rosemont, IL. Our deepest thanks to Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias for hosting this years candlelight Ceremony! Thank you, MADD, our courageous speakers, dedicated law enforcement officers, guests, and especially those personally impacted by impaired and reckless driving crashes.

 

The Candlelight Ceremony has been held for many years—not only to honor the lives lost, but to serve as a powerful reminder to the public of the devastating consequences of impaired and reckless driving
