INSTRUCTIONS

For Spanish Panel, please toggle language of website with red button on the right from EN to ES

The panel is best completed on a computer rather than a phone. If you must do it on your phone, you may encounter issues depending on your phone's age and operating system. Also, having a VPN on might cause issues with our private portal and prompt extra security verifications. If you can complete the panel with your VPN off, that would help.

About the AAIM Victim Impact Panel (VIP)
There is nothing more powerful than hearing the spoken words of someone directly affected by a violent vehicle crash. The personal accounts of both victims and offenders evoke a compelling emotional response. The goal is to create awareness, encourage prevention, and illustrate the devastating consequences of impaired driving, reckless driving, and poor decision-making.

AAIM Panels are not punitive. As part of their sentence, defendants may be ordered to attend Live Victim Impact Panels as a prevention measure. AAIM is unique in working with both victim and offender speakers. This approach promotes accountability, behavior change, and reduces repeat offenses, while helping participants understand the lasting impact on victims and families.
