OUR MISSION: The Y-noT Project is a non-profit organization honoring Tony Borcia and dedicated to stopping intoxicated boaters. 

The Y-noT Project was formed by Tony Borcia’s family and friends. It seeks to end intoxicated boating tragedies. The Y-noT Project is not an anti-drinking and boating campaign but instead, a responsible boating campaign that encourages individuals to “Y-noT be a designated boater” and “Y-noT report erratic boating”.

The Y-noT Project will host its Annual Wiffle Ball Tournament in August each year at JoAnn Eckmann Park in Libertyville. 

 

Y-noT Project 2026 Wiffleball Tournament

 

The Y-noT Project is eagerly anticipating its 12th Wiffleball Tournament, scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2026. Team registration is opening Wednesday, April 1, 2026. We offer an early bird discount of $50 off the regular $250 registration fee until June 1, so sign up now and take advantage of the discount. Registration closes July 26, 2026, but many divisions fill up early so don’t delay and miss your chance to play in this much-loved community event.

 

As in years past, the tournament will be held at JoAnn Eckmann Park in Libertyville.  In addition to the main event of wiffleball games all day long, we will also feature our fan-favorite raffle and silent auction, along with plenty of food and music! Even if you will not be fielding a team this year, please plan to come and spend the day with us.

 

And don’t forget about the Home Run Derby Fundraising Challenge. The team that raises the most money for the Y-noT Project in each division will win the chance to compete in the Home Run Derby, with prizes for the winners of the HR Derby in each division. So start your fundraising today!

 

To register your team, go to https://ynotproject.org/register-a-team/ and select your division. If you do not have your full roster determined when you register, no problem. Complete your registration without the finished roster, then simply email your t-shirt sizes to Ellen Morrison at eepmorrison@yahoo.com once you know who will be on the team (be sure to have this done no later than July 26, 2026, and include your division and team name).
